My hobby is boxing.
I started when I was 11 years old and I train with Callan Boxing Club. My sister Emily and my two brothers train too. After about 3 months I was in the Michael Andrews Cup but sadly I lost.
Then I went to the Leinster Championships and I won.
On the 21st May I went to the Irish National Championships.
I was nervous at first but when I got into the ring I felt a bit more positive about myself. I won and I was proud of myself! I felt good and my family bought me a boxing glove necklace to celebrate.
I am training for the Celtic Cup now and if I win, I will get a cup and the title. Fingers crossed!
