We teach the strands of the Pysical Education every week in school. The strands are Gymnastics, Athletics, Games, Dance, Aquatics (2nd to 6th classes only) and Outdoor and Adventure Activities.
We teach P.E. for an hour a week and we usually give some discretionary time to being active too.
