Uniform for Winter
Junior and Senior Infant pupils and pupils in our Speech and Language classes will wear the PE uniform 5 days a week. (See information on PE uniform below) Girls will not be required to wear the formal uniform until going into 1st class. Formal Uniform for 1st - 6th class: Red cardigan/jumper, navy pinafore/skirt/trousers (not fashion trousers), white blouse, red tie, white or navy socks. (See picture) Uniform for Summer Optional for May, June and September All Classes: Navy shorts (plain, without stripes/logos) White polo shirt White or navy socks Well fitted sandals/runners P.E. Uniform All Classes: See picture attached. Children will be required to wear the crested half zip jumper and crested tracksuit bottoms supplied by O'Reilly's Sportswear. They are required to wear a white collared t- shirt (polo shirt) underneath this half-zip jumper. Well-fitted runners 6th class: Do not have to wear the half zip jumper. They can wear their 6th class leaver hoodies in lieu of this on PE days only. They will still be required to purchase and wear the crested tracksuit bottoms. Safe Footwear Please ensure that children have flat shoes for school and good quality, safe runners for PE. Students are asked not to wear runners with school trousers/school skirt. Please put names on all items of school clothing - including coats – this makes it easier to find homes for lost items!! Jewellery in School Students are asked to keep the wearing of jewellery to a minimum. If students are wearing earrings, they are asked to wear one pair of small studs, in the earlobe. Haircare For reasons of hygiene, students are asked to always tie up long hair. |
